The availability and scope of services may vary according to project requirements, commercial arrangements and the capabilities of our delivery team and partners.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to provide any particular service.
3. Website Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry through our website, email or other communication channel does not automatically establish a client relationship or create a contract.
Any quotation, proposal, timeline, deliverable or fee will be subject to confirmation by us and, where applicable, a separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to accept or decline project enquiries at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
A project will commence only after the relevant scope, fees, responsibilities, timelines and other applicable terms have been agreed upon.
4. Client Responsibilities
If you engage our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project.
Supply content, materials, access credentials and approvals reasonably required for delivery.
Ensure that you have the necessary rights, licences and permissions for materials you provide.
Review drafts, designs and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Provide timely feedback and designate an authorised contact where appropriate.
Ensure that your instructions, content, products and business activities comply with applicable laws.
Pay the agreed fees according to the relevant proposal or service agreement.
Delays in receiving information, approvals, payments or access may affect delivery timelines and project outcomes.
5. Fees, Payments and Project Changes
Project fees, payment schedules, deposits, milestones, expenses and any applicable taxes will be specified in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Work will begin after the required approval and initial payment, where applicable.
Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees and revised timelines.
Delayed payments may result in work being paused, subject to the agreed contract and applicable law.
Any cancellation, refund, rescheduling or termination arrangements will be governed by the relevant service agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content of this website—including text, graphics, branding elements, design, layout and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Taqwaa Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and use its content for personal or internal business reference. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
For client projects, ownership and usage rights for final deliverables, source files, working files, concepts, templates, third-party assets and other materials will be determined by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rights in custom deliverables that are intended to be transferred to the client will transfer only under the conditions specified in the relevant agreement, including any applicable payment requirements.
We may use properly licensed tools, fonts, stock assets, software, templates and third-party components subject to their respective licence terms.
7. Portfolio and Project Showcases
Where permitted by the applicable client agreement and any relevant confidentiality obligations, we may display completed projects, designs or work samples in our portfolio, website or marketing materials.
We will not knowingly disclose confidential client information or use a client’s name, logo or project materials in a way that breaches an applicable agreement or legal obligation.
If a project requires confidentiality or restrictions on public display, these should be agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools, including website builders, hosting providers, social media networks, advertising platforms, analytics tools, e-commerce systems and marketplaces.
These services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability and technical requirements.
We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their independent actions, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes or discontinuation of features.
Where a client project depends on a third-party platform, the relevant service agreement should specify the responsibilities of each party, including account ownership, access, subscriptions and ongoing maintenance.
9. Marketing and Performance Disclaimer
We aim to provide professional digital and creative services. However, we do not guarantee specific business results unless a specific guarantee is expressly agreed in writing.
Search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, advertising performance, social media engagement and conversion rates can be affected by factors beyond our control, including competition, budgets, market conditions, client responsiveness, algorithms, platform policies and changes in technology.
Past performance, case studies, testimonials and examples are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes for every client.
Any forecasts, estimates or recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
10. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accessible and its information accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
Website content may be updated, changed or removed without prior notice.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience or informational purposes.
We do not control or endorse all third-party content and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices of external websites. Accessing them is at your own discretion and subject to their applicable terms.
